Hello world!

This is my brand new website!  I’m not really sure what I’m doing as I’ve never designed a webpage before, so we’ll see how this goes!  If you’ve found this before I’ve been able to edit everything and you’re a little confused, sorry about that!  I’ll be trying to edit it and get everything set up in the next few days!

    I love your videos on YouTube! You are so personable, positive, and informative. I am just beginning my journey on keto and to be honest, I think I may have a bit of ‘keto flu’ at moment . You are a motivation to me! Thank you for sharing your story and making videos for the world to watch.

    P.S. I’m trying to watch a few videos a day but I haven’t come across any talking about your average net carbs per day on your journey. I’m sure I’ll come across it but I was just wondering what number I should go by. Currently in aiming for 20g.

  5. Ally, I love your YT vids! I *just*started keto 7/7/18 and I feel like I have followed what your example was, but I have only lost 1.5# :'( I currently weigh 196.4 and started at 197.9. I use the LoseIt! App and my CICO have all been good, any suggestions?? Can you explain a bit more about what my macros should be maybe?? Maybe I’m not in ketosis 🙁

    Do you drink the bulletproof coffee? this is my third week on Keto still drinking the coffee. Now I hear you should not drink it after 21 days. I also learned that I should stay away from dairy (Cheese) which helps to sustain me when feeling hungry. So many different takes on this and now I am feeling discouraged.
